Lonny Bernath Chief of All Things

CEO Lonny Bernath is founding father of the AtoZ revolution, and he’s determined to liberate the masses from the frustrations of typical online shopping. Lonny just got fed up with the old way of shopping online and cooked up a simpler, more efficient process for finding what you want. “Spending hours sifting through overwhelming online offerings isn’t fun,” we’ve heard Lonny exclaim, mouse in hand. “It’s infuriating! Online citizens deserve better!”
Lonny’s no dim bulb. He earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus on Financial Management. Before MIT, Lonny spent seven years as a process engineer in the consumer products industry, focusing on streamlining all aspects of the company, including production, warehousing, distribution and customer transactions.
Charles Arcidiacono Chief Operating Officer

It’s impossible to run a huge fulfillment operation without a meticulous, process-driven individual, and it’s impossible to find a more meticulous, process-driven individual than Charles.
For the past several years, he served as the private equity liaison to portfolio companies at Headline Capital Management. Within that role he designed and implemented the daily operations and business processes for the family of Headline companies. Charles developed these proprietary processes to allow Headline to operate as efficiently and profitably as possible within the private equity sector. His expertise is founded in purchasing, inventory management, human resources, and operations.
Charles received his undergraduate degree from University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and Economics with a concentration in Management and went on to earn his MBA from Winthrop University.
Mike Granetz CEO, PeakTwo and AtoZ Consultant

The AtoZ web guru, Mike launched his own web presence company, PeakTwo, at the beginning of 2008 with a straightforward premise: deliver peerless design, marketing, and new media services to startups, rapidly growing companies, and organizations in transition. AtoZ benefits from Mike’s mantra of a distinct combination of business acumen and creative savvy, possessing deep experience as a marketing executive while maintaining his strong graphic design skills. Mike likes being a part of AtoZ because it combines his passion for web-presence development with hunting for deals online. If he happens to be hunting for deals on golf gear, so much the better.
Michael earned his MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from The George Washington University, and his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from Boston University.
